Doug is a co-founder and a Managing Member of Summit Crest Ventures. He brings a rich history of direct involvement in private equity ventures, serving in the roles of Operation Partner, CEO, COO, CIO, CPO, and Board Member. In previous engagements, Doug built the M&A and International divisions of a founder-owned, industry-leading SaaS provider, overseeing the due diligence process of multiple prospective acquisitions and closing on South America’s largest same-industry SaaS provider. His efforts have guided activities that have raised corporate valuations from $75MM to $750MM on exit, from $2MM to $30MM on exit, and more. Doug has earned BSEE and MBA degrees.
